How to choose car tyres for your ride?

This is dependent on the brand, model and year of your car. Do not be intimidated by the information required, you can simply give us a call for our experienced mechanics to advise you.
How to read your tyre size?
Next, you need to decide what kind of tyre pattern that is more suitable for your vehicle and driving preference? There following are the pattern types to choose from:
- High Performance Car Tyres
- Touring Comfort Car Tyres
- Eco fuel saving Car Tyres
- SUV Tyres
HIGH PERFORMANCE TYRES
Sports High Performance Car Tyres are designed for sports handling, superior grip and responsiveness. These tyres are ideal for sports car/ coupes, racing cars and for customers who needs grip and responsive handling over comfort driving and tread life.
TOURING COMFORT TYRES
If you prefer a smooth, comfortable and quiet drive, touring car tyres are your choice. Although these tyres do not offer the same handling and responsiveness as sports performanceres (in terms of steep cornering and quick braking) , the traction they provide are totally safe for normal drive. Ideal for sedans, family vehicles.
As the world is now more conscious of environment, the Eco or Green Tyres are introduced. This subset of touring tyres are designed with more focus on lower rolling resistance hence provide greater fuel savings and also better longevity in tread life.
SUV or Off Road Tyres are specially designed for SUV cars. SUV tyres generally have more aggressive tread patterns which are better suited for occassional off-roading. The tread pattern of SUV tyres dig into rough terrain for more grip instead of skating over the top like a normal tyre would.
