Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

1.1   Our business offers a wide range of ready-stocked items, including new and used tyres, new and used sports rims, car batteries, accessories, repair and maintenance services.

1.2  Any Special custom work or modifications outside the standard service offering must be discussed and agreed upon with a quotation before commencement.

2. Appointment and Scheduling

2.1   Arrow Tyres Pte Ltd operates on a walk-in basis. No appointments are needed unless a specific service outside of our standard service offering is required. For non-standard services, we will provide an estimated completion time, which may vary based on the availability of our tradesmen, stock availability, and other factors.

3. Payment Terms

3.1  Prices are as quoted and will be honoured. Any changes to the original quotation will be communicated and must be agreed upon before proceeding.

3.2  Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept Cash, PayNow, Atome, Grabpay and credit card payments. Additional Surcharges are levied on specific payment modes, such as credit card payments or third-party pay-later platforms (Atome, Grab pay later, Credit Card instalment and other similar platforms ). Once payment is received, a receipt will be issued as proof of purchase for warranty. 

3.3  Deposits will be required for items we do not keep in stock. 

3.4  Deposits will be refunded due to non-performance on our part.

3.5  Deposits will be forfeited if the customer changes their mind after the order has been placed or the final payment is not received 30-days or no show on the installation date mutually agreed upon after the item has arrived. 

3.6  Redemption of vouchers is strictly adhered to the terms and conditions printed on the voucher. 

4. Vehicle Condition

4.1  We will conduct a pre-service inspection to identify any existing damage or issues with the car. If we have any concerns, we will notify you.

4.2   We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects in your vehicle that are not visually visible during the pre-service inspection.

5.Liability and Warranty / Exchange and refund 

5.1   We provide the following warranty with the proof of purchase: 

  1. 5-year limited manufacturer warranty for new tyres 
    • Swelling (Tyre bulge)
    • Cracking (Visible crack lines on the sidewall or thread area of the tyre)
  2. 5-day warranty for all used tyres. 
  3. 1-month warranty for all services and parts replacements.
  4. 12-month manufacturer warranty for car batteries fitted on petrol vehicles
  5. 6-month manufacturer warranty for car batteries fitted on diesel vehicles. 

5.2  Our warranty excludes damages due to external factors such as accidents, improper maintenance, environmental conditions, pre-existing vehicle issues, self-induced damages, and subjective situations on products beyond the control of the business.

5.3  All items sold are non-returnable except otherwise due to genuine defects that warrant exchange, rework and repair during the warranty period. 

5.4  All new tyres, once fitted and driven on, are considered used tyres; we cannot refund or exchange them if it is not due to manufacturer defects; we can only accept them as trade-ins with a top-up for a new set of tyres.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1  Ensure your vehicle is personal belongings-free before sending it to the workshop. We are not liable for any damage or loss of personal belongings. 

6.2  Provide accurate contact information and respond promptly to any communications from us regarding your vehicle.

6.3 Arrow Tyres Pte Ltd is not liable for any damage or loss to your personal property in the vehicle during the Servicing or repair.

6.4  We practise a culture of mutual respect in the workshop environment. We have the right to refuse service to customers who are abusive to our staff members. 

7. Cancellation

7.1 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified promptly, and our business will provide an alternative date and time slot.

7.2 The customer should inform us as soon as possible about appointment cancellations. We will propose a rescheduled date for the next available time slot.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 If any disputes arise, please get in touch with our manager to highlight your concerns. We will acknowledge your feedback within 3 days of receiving it and aim to resolve it within 21 days. 

9. Changes to Terms

9.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

10.1 Our Company’s data protection policy is aligned with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). We may collect, use, and disclose your personal data, which you have provided, in relation to service delivery. Company staff may access your personal information for our administrative needs.
